Orders are delivered using PUDO / The Courier Guy Locker services.
Orders under R600 — R69 flat-rate PUDO delivery.
Orders of R600 or more — Free PUDO delivery.
The R600 threshold is calculated using the total value of products in the order before delivery charges.
All orders are processed and prepared for dispatch within 1–2 business days after successful payment.
Once your parcel has been handed to The Courier Guy for door-to-door service, delivery typically takes up to 4 working days, depending on the destination and courier network.
Once your payment has been successfully received:
The customer is responsible for providing accurate recipient information and selecting the correct PUDO Locker.
Please check your selected Locker carefully before confirming your order.
You do not need to select the parcel size yourself. laaaik it. will select the appropriate PUDO parcel size when preparing your order.
Once your parcel has been processed, you will receive the relevant tracking information and/or PUDO notifications. You can use your waybill number to track your parcel.
PUDO currently provides a limited period for collection from its Locker network.
Customers are responsible for collecting their parcels within the applicable PUDO collection period.
If a parcel expires or is moved to another collection point, any additional delivery or redirection costs may be payable by the customer where applicable.
Please ensure that your name, contact details and selected PUDO destination are correct.
If incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer causes additional delivery costs, delays, redirection or re-delivery, the customer may be responsible for those additional costs, subject to applicable law.
If your parcel appears damaged when you receive it, or there is another problem with the delivery, please contact laaaik it. as soon as possible.
Where appropriate, we may also ask you to contact PUDO / The Courier Guy in accordance with their delivery claims process.
Once a parcel has been handed to PUDO / The Courier Guy, the courier's applicable terms and service conditions also apply.
We will assist customers with reasonable enquiries relating to the shipment and tracking information.
For qualifying orders of R600 or more, laaaik it. covers the standard PUDO delivery cost.
If a customer subsequently requests a destination change, redirection or additional delivery service that incurs an additional charge, that additional cost may be payable by the customer.
